Greetings from RMPS!
We appreciate the trust you have shown in choosing our school to provide the
best education to your child.
Now the time has come to give the best educational knowledge to our children,
for which we are sending you the schedule of Term-1 along with the syllabus and
blueprint.
You are requested to go through the schedule along with the syllabus and
blueprint carefully and also follow the instructions given at the end.

Instructions for Students:
 The School timings is 7:55am to 11:30am.
 Term-1 Exam is of 3 hours.
 You will not be allowed to enter the Examination Hall/Room after 7:55am.
 You must be in proper School Uniforms. Boys with short and decent
haircut and Girls with 2 braids.
 Deduction of 2 marks for incomplete uniform.
 Borrowing of extra material in Examination Hall/Room is not allowed. You
must bring only necessary material for exams. (i.e. pen, pencil, scale, eraser)
 An absentee will be awarded no marks.
 No retest will be conducted.

 There will a regular class work from 30 of September, 2024 i.e. Monday.
Instructions for Parents regarding their ward/s:-
 Send your ward/s in proper neat and well ironed uniform.
 Do not provide any extra money and material to your ward/s.
Instructions Regarding Transportation:-
 Parents who pick and drop their ward/s personally to school are
instructed to drop their ward/s 5 minutes before the entry and similarly
pick your ward from the premises at 11:30am to avoid any
inconvenience.
 The departure timing will be 11:40 am for Private Van/Auto and school
buses.
Instructions regarding PTM:-
 Parent’s are informed that the Parent Teacher Meeting for Term 1 Exam
will be held on 5th October, 2024 i.e. Saturday and schedule is given below.
You are required to bring the student/s along with you on the given
schedule. It is mandatory to wear School Uniform and ID card.

21 onwards 9:30am to 10:00 am
