Abstract:
This research paper presents an analysis of the pros and cons of ChatGPT, a state-of-the-art
language model developed by OpenAI. ChatGPT is built upon the GPT (Generative Pre-trained
Transformer) architecture and is designed to generate human-like text responses based on input
prompts. The purpose of this research paper is to delve into the advantages and drawbacks
presented by advanced chatbot models, focusing on ChatGPT as a prominent example. The
proliferation of AI-driven conversational agents has revolutionized human-computer
interactions, enhancing various applications ranging from customer support to creative writing..
The paper systematically examines the positive aspects, including improved efficiency,

In recent years, the field of artificial intelligence (AI) has made significant strides, leading to the

of Internet text to understand and mimic human language patterns. It stands as a testament to the

contextually relevant human-like text. This model has gained prominence for its diverse

cut-off dates. This AI model has brought tremendous influence towards the global population,
through various implementation techniques such as Google and other AI apps. It is a form of
Generative Artificial Intelligence which is a tool that lets users enter prompts to receive
humanlike images, text or videos that are created by Artificial Intelligence.
Chatgpt is similar to the automated chat services found on customer service websites, as people
can ask it questions or request clarification to ChatGPT's replies. The GPT stands for
"Generative Pre-trained Transformer," which refers to how ChatGPT processes requests and
formulates
responses. ChatGPT is trained with reinforcement learning through human feedback and reward
models that rank the best responses. This feedback helps augment ChatGPT with machine
learning to improve future responses.

of ChatGPT, and it’s quality information. It is based on secondary data such as, PubMed, Google
Scholar, and ACM Digital Library.
Another approach used was to perform a citation analysis, tracking references in this relevant
paper to discover additional sources that contribute to the understanding of ChatGPT's
evolution, capabilities, and impact.
