1. JOB DETAILS:
Designation: Head of Quality Assurance
Reports To: Chief Strategic Officer

2. JOB PURPOSE:
Head of Quality and Assurance is responsible for driving and maintaining the highest standards of
quality across all aspects of the organization's operations. This role involves strategic planning, process
improvement, regulatory compliance, and leadership to ensure consistent product and service
excellence.

4. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Description:
Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with the ACT’s goals and
objectives.
Lead and manage a team of quality and assurance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and
fostering a culture of quality.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track quality performance,
identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document quality standards, processes, and
procedures.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of quality control processes throughout the
product lifecycle.
Conduct assessments and root cause analyses to identify opportunities for process optimization and risk
mitigation.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the quality and
operational teams.
Interface with suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies to address quality-related matters and
maintain strong relationships.
Lead and participate in cross-functional teams for problem-solving, corrective actions, and preventive
measures.
Prepare and present quality-related reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Location: Islamabad
Travel Required: Yes
Equipment: Laptop

6. WORKING RELATIONS:

Working relationship with all employees and Chief Strategic Officer.

7. COMPETENCIES:
Bachelors or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, Business
Administration).
Proven experience in quality management, quality assurance, or related roles.
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Experience with regulatory compliance and audits.
Proficiency in using quality management tools and software.
