Dear Sir,

With reference to your enquiry dated 05th​ ​April 2020, we would like to send our offer for the
Supply of Weicco Vibration Isolators ​as follows:

Please refer to the attached annexure ref. ​Q014994

B. Price:-
Our Price for Weicco products as per attached annexure is​: 3,573.400​ ​OMR

C.​ ​Terms and Conditions:-

Delivery:

● 12-14 Weeks from the date of confirmation


Payment Terms:

● Our standard payment terms OR as per agreed payment terms

Taxes:-
● All payments to be made under this Agreement shall be made in cleared funds, without
any deduction or set-off and free and clear of and without deduction for or on account of
any taxes, levies, imports, duties, charges, fees and withholdings of any nature now or
hereafter imposed by any governmental, fiscal or other authority save as required by law.
If a Party to this Agreement is compelled to make any such deduction, it will pay to the
receiving Party such additional amounts as are necessary to ensure receipt by the
receiving Party of the full amount which that party would have received but for the
deduction.
Validity:

● 7 Days from the date of quotation

Order cancellation:
All orders confirmed by a LPO cannot be cancelled. In the event of cancellation, a cancellation
fee ranging from 20% to 100% shall apply depending on the progress of the shipment of
ordered goods at the time of order cancellation.

Return of goods (sales return)


1) We will not accept the return of any custom made products which are specifically
manufactured for the customer/project. Customers will have to pay us the full invoice
amount, irrespective of whether such products are used at the site or not.

2) We will not accept the return of goods after 30 days from the date of invoice.

3) Requests for sales return against physical damage/defect of goods has to be raised within 72
hours of the delivery.
