Have you ever wondered why you make certain choices? The truth is, we all have a set of core values, which are
the beliefs that guide our decisions. Think of them as the internal compass you use to navigate life.
Here's the catch: sometimes we operate on "autopilot," letting these values rule us without even realizing it. But
the good news is, you can take control! Use this exercise to intentionally choose which values are most important
to YOU. Then use them as a compass to make decisions that truly reflect who you are and what you want. The
result? A more fulfilling life where you feel aligned with your inner compass through the ups and downs!

1. Identify your values. Rank the values below from 1-3, making them as 1: not important, 2: some-
times important or 3: very important. Feel free to write down others not on the list.
