Sub: Offer Letter

With reference to your application and the subsequent interview and discussions you had with us, we are
pleased to inform that you have been provisionally selected for the position of Senior Associate commencing
from 12th February, 2018 or earlier.

On joining, your annual remuneration will be INR 371516 /- please refer to Annexure I (subject to deduction of
tax and other statutory payments as may be applicable) which will include Basic Salary, all allowances,
reimbursements of expenses, perquisites, statutory stipulated benefits, and all retirement benefits as per
Company’s rules in force from time to time.

Please note you will be on probation for a period of Six Months from the date of commencement of service,
which may be extended at the sole discretion of the company.

During the period of probation, including any extension thereof, your services are terminable by giving 7 (seven)
days notice in writing by either side In the event of willful neglect or breach of any of the terms hereof or refusal
on your part to carry out the lawful instructions of any member of the Company or being guilty of misconduct,
the Company may terminate your employment forthwith without notice. However, post completion of
probation period, contract of employment between you and the Company may be terminated by either party as
per company policy.

You will be entitled to a Variable Incentive Pay. Variable Incentive Pay (VIP) quantum will be as per the
Organization’s current policy and subject to change in accordance to the circumstances at the discretion of the
Organization’s management. The actual VIP payable shall depend on the employee’s performance during that
year as well as the Organization’s/Process’s performance as assessed by the Senior Leadership team. The
disbursement of the VIP is subject to the employee being on the active rolls of the Organization on the day of
the VIP disbursement

You may be required to work in the night shift and/or staggered timings.
An appointment letter will be issued to you on reporting to work.
At the time of joining Inventurus Knowledge Solutions you are required to submit to the HR Department, the
photo copies of your documents as mentioned in Annexure II.

Kindly sign and return the duplicate copy of this letter as a token of your acceptance of the offer.

This Letter cannot be used to solicit other offers and will be null and void if so used.

Additional Benefits & Notes


Insurance Premium coverage:
1) Hospitalization Medical Insurance for an insured sum of Rs. 1.5 lakhs
2) Accident Insurance cover for self upto Rs. 3 lacs
3) Life Insurance for self only at an insured sum of Rs.10 lacs.
Insurance is subject to change as per company Policy
VIP is payable as per the prevalent policy
Transport facility for night shifts as per policy
Night shift is payable subject to you working in shifts starting after 5 pm IST
Please note that the additional PF amount equal to the company contribution will be contributed by the
employee into his/her account
Gratuity is payable in accordance with the provisions of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972
