Our mission is to create self-disciplined, physically fit, mentally robust and morally strong
engineers and technocrats with high degree of integrity and sense of purpose, who are capable to
meet challenges of ever advancing technology for the benefit of mankind and nature.
We, the management and the faculty, therefore, promise to strive hard and commit ourselves to
achieve this objective through a continuous process of learning and appreciation of needs of time.

Program Educational Objectives (PEOs)
PEO 1: The graduate will have professional competence with moral and ethical values to enhance
their skills related to entrepreneurship, employability and higher education.
PEO 2: The graduate will have sense of commitment for integrated and sustainable socio-
economic development of the nation.
PEO 3: The graduate will have an ability and motivation to carry out research and development
activities using modern engineering tools and techniques.
PEO 4: The graduate will have capability for critical thinking, engineering reasoning, problem
solving, experimentation and teamwork.
Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs)
After successful completion of Civil Engineering program, the students will be enable to
PSO1: Develop knowledge of building planning constructions, concrete technology, surveying,
fluid and hydraulics, structural analysis and design, geotechnical and foundation, construction
management, transportation and infrastructure, quantity surveying, and environmental engineering
to design, develop and manage the civil engineering structures considering safety, health, ethics
and environment aspects.
PSO 2: Apply professional skills and fundamentals of mathematics, basic sciences, numerical
methods, computer programming and applied mechanics in civil engineering field for the
betterment of society through sustainable development.
PSO3: Excel careers in government, public and private sectors in addition to entrepreneurship and
consultancy in the field of civil engineering.
GUIDELINES
1. Handle this progress book carefully.
2. Students must enter correct information in this book.
3. All the entries in this book should be verified by the concerned guide (internal/external)
4. Students must report to their respective guide on project day as per the time table. Activity planned
should be completed as per the schedule.
5. The project work book must be brought at the time of project seminar /presentation and project phase-
I & II exams.
6. Changes, if any must be countersigned by concerned project guide.
7. Forproject seminar /presentation and project phase-I& II exams all students must report 15 min before
the schedule.
8. For queries, if any, contact your project guide or project coordinator.
9. This book, along with soft & hard copies of achievements and publications must be submitted to the
department before final submission.
10. If the project is done in house, submit estimates and bills to college, if the funding is needed from the
college. Project sponsored by the institute will be retained by the institute/respective.
11. For industry sponsored projects, follow the rules and regulations of the sponsoring industry strictly.
