1.0 SUBJECT

The information contained herein provides the Contractor with instructions to


carry out the preparation and preliminary testings on "Natural Gas Feeding
System" after installation.

2.0 GENERAL

2.1 Requirements and limitations to be respected.


1. The Contractor will carry out all works of assembly, alignment, inspection,
hydrostatic tests, restoration, etc., to prepare the System for
commissioning operations.
2. All the equipments connection pipings in carbon steel will be submitted to
pickling process before assembling and then assembled avoiding with care
the entry of foreign particles.

3.0 CHECKS

Before beginning the verification the system will be completely assembled and
empty.
Checkings to carry out are;
1. Hydrostatic test positively performed .
2. Data plates installed on the equipments.
3. Ground connections verified
4. Verification of system as per schematic
5 Areas and equipments cleaned.

4.0 FINAL SETUP

The "Natural Gas Feeding System" will be consigned, for the commissioning
operations, in the following conditions:

1. Signaling and control cables connected and verified.


2. Power supply cables connected and verified.

3. Motorized valves verified.
4. Power supply and aux. switches open or extracted.
5. Ground connections tested and tightened.
6. Carbon steel pipings submitted to pickling process according to pipings
specification STD-MI-306.

5.0 ANNEXES

Test form, to prove by documents the preparation and test performance, is the
following:
