Continuous Assessment Schedule for Term 1.
2
The purpose of continuous assessment is to provide ongoing evaluation of a student’s learning progress
throughout the academic year. Unlike exams that assess knowledge at specific points in time, continuous
assessments allow teachers to regularly monitor and support student development. It helps identify strengths
and areas for improvement, encourages consistent effort, and provides timely feedback. This method fosters
a deeper understanding of the material, promotes skill-building, and supports a more personalised approach
to education, ultimately enhancing student learning outcomes.
