CIC will go to Docket Module > Docket List > Select BA > Select Docket Entry Type as Monthly auto-generated > Select Docket Status as
Docket Entry > Search
All the Filtered Dockets will be visible - Select Docket > Change Docket Status from Docket Entry to Open > Save
(If required, approval may be taken)
After Save, Select Partner in Docket Custodian > Save

Docket will go to the Partner/ Partner Staff Account – Partner/Partner Staff has to Acknowledge the Docket.
(Partner will then do the Outsourcing Activity at the Site as per the Agreement)

Docket will come to CIC, CIC will give/arrange R1 Approval - Select Docket Status as Closure Approved (R1) & give Remarks > Save
The Docket will go to next in the hierarchy for R2 Approval

R2 Approval to be given - R2 Approver to select Docket Status as Closure Approved (R2) & give Remarks > Save
The Docket will return to CIC again.

CIC will Close the Docket - Select Docket Status as Closed and SLA Confirmed > Save
Docket will be Closed.
CNMC Auto-generated Dockets
Resolved within Zero Penalty Time

CNMC Dockets will reach to the Partners Directly

When the Site is UP in CNMC within Zero Penalty Time (Usually 2 hours), the Docket will be Resolved and Cleared.
The Docket will not show to Partner/ CIC then.

Even if the Partner Acknowledges the Docket by then and the Docket comes to CIC, still the Docket will be
Cleared.
NO SLA PENALTY WILL BE APPLICABLE.
CNMC Auto-generated Dockets
Resolved beyond Zero Penalty Time – BSNL / Partner Reason – OPEN/RESOLVED Docket
The Dockets will be Resolved only after the site is resolved in CNMC.
The CNMC Dockets will reach to the Partners Directly – Partner/Partner Staff has to Acknowledge > Docket may be in two stages (OPEN if the Site is
Down or RESOLVED if the Site is Up by then) Partner will give Reason as BSNL > Save
Docket will come to CIC

If the Docket is OPEN i.e. Site is Down - CIC may forward the Docket to the concerned OIC/ Partner or Keep the Docket with him/herself until resolved.
Docket Module > Docket List > Select BA > Select Docket Entry Type as CNMC Auto-generated Dockets > Select Docket Status as OPEN > Search
CIC may assign the Docket to the concerned OIC (Tx Team/ BSS Team etc.) - OIC will take necessary action and will forward the Docket to the CIC again.
Or the CIC may reassign the Docket to the Partner by selecting Reason as Partner > Docket Custodian as Partner name. Partner will give his comment and
resubmit.

If the Docket is RESOLVED i.e. Site is UP, CIC may/may not agree to the BSNL reason
If the CIC agrees, CIC will give R1 approval The Resolution Time may be changed by the CIC > Give comment > CIC will give/arrange R1 Approval > Select
Docket Status as Closure Approved (R1) > Save The Docket will go to next in the hierarchy for R2 Approval
Or the CIC may reassign the Docket to the Partner by selecting Reason as Partner > Docket Custodian as Partner name. Partner will give his comment and
resubmit > Again CIC will process for R1 Approval

R2 Approval to be given - R2 Approver to select Docket Status as Closure Approved (R2) > Save
The Docket will return to CIC again

CIC will Close the Docket - Select Docket Status as Closed and SLA Confirmed > Save
Docket will be Closed
Manual Dockets
These dockets will be generated by the CIC/OIC.
Mainly O&M Activity/ PM Activity / Inspection/ Specialized Rigger Activity related dockets are to be created.

Docket Module > Create Dockets > Enter Cluster and Location Details > Select BA > Select Cluster > Select Location.
Enter Work Details >> Select Equipment Type > Select Equipment > Select Work Type > Select Work Subtype > Select BOQ Item > Select Other Details like Work
quantity, Completion By Date & Time etc.
Enter SLA Clauses >> Select SLA Depth > Select SLA Severity > Select SLA Service Equipment Clause and Subclause
Enter More Details >> Select Reason as Partner > Give Remarks
Create Docket

During the creation of the Docket, if Completion By Date & Time is less than SLA for that BOQ, then also SLA Penalty will be applicable once the First SLA Slab
is over as per the Agreement.
If the Completion by Date & Time is more than the Zero SLA Period, then SLA Penalty in the Second Slab will be applicable only after the end of the Time &
Date given by the CIC.

Partner complies and returns back the Docket with Resolved status. CIC can see the Docket in the Docket List with Filter as Resolved
CIC will give/arrange R1 Approval - Select Docket Status as Closure Approved (R1) & give Comment > Save

R2 Approval will be given - R2 Approver to select Docket Status as Closure Approved (R2) & give Comment > Save
The Docket will return to CIC again.

CIC will Close the Docket - Select Docket Status as Closed and SLA Confirmed > Save
Docket will be Closed.
