 AICTE Activity Point Program

ACTIVITIES PERFORMED:

o The participants of the plantation and nursery activity gathered at the college premises at around
07:30 AM from 4th September 2022 to 10th September 2022. With great enthusiasm and high
spirits, the students collected the necessary agricultural tools: brooms, plant saplings, fertilizers,
and water.

o After inspecting the surroundings, the fertile spots were chosen for planting the saplings at
suitable distances to provide room for proper growth of each plant. The marked spots were
ploughed deep enough for a sturdy grip.

o The volunteers took turns planting the saplings in each pit, and a total of 50 plants of various
species were planted, fertilized, and watered.

o Some plants on the ground were even relocated and planted in fertilized spots with ample sunlight
and space for better growth. The saplings were of different species like mango, hibiscus, tulsi,
coriander, strawberry, etc.

o With great joy and satisfaction of contributing to the Green Earth community, we concluded the
event at around 6 PM on 10th September 2022, with words of appreciation from the Principal of
ACS college.

ACTIVITIES PERFORMED:

o We visited "Government Higher Primary School, Doddabele" and requested the Head
Mistress to allow us to conduct an AICTE activity and assist us in coordinating the execution
effectively.

o Approximately six students from our college, ACS College of Engineering, participated in
the event.

o Technology influences every aspect of our lives and plays a vital role in education. It is part
of the curriculum, a means of delivering instruction, as well as a tool to enhance the learning
process. Technical education plays an essential role in improving the well-being of youths
and communities.

o Together, we took individual interest in helping out the students of the school to ease their
studies and ignite their interest in academics.

o Such small steps taken collectively by students and youth will surely help in fostering strong
mental and social health among today's children, enabling them to connect with their peers,
elders, community, and environment.

o The Head Mistress, along with the teachers of Higher Primary School Doddabele, were
present on the day of the activity. At around 10 AM, we had a group photo session with the
dignitaries and all others present there.

o The activity commenced with a briefing on the activity details, including the importance of
career guidance and vocational education.

o The students of Higher Primary School, along with other locals, received our initiative
positively and assured us of the safekeeping of those plants, also planting a few themselves.

ACTIVITIES PERFORMED:

o The participants of the Cleanliness Event gathered on our college grounds at around 7:30 AM on
Monday, 12th December 2022. With great enthusiasm and high spirits, we discussed all the work
and teaching that has to be done in school.

o After gathering all the necessary information, we went to the school and divided ourselves into
different groups. We thought of an easy way to solve Mathametics along with English, Hindi,
Games, and also provided some knowledge about higher education such as what kind of exams
they should take after their PU, and what different opportunities they have after 10th, etc.

o The volunteers took individual attention to the students and also solved the queries of the students.
It was an interactive session and the students got to know little information about their further
studies.

o With great joy and satisfaction with the students, we concluded the event on 12th December
2022 at around 5 pm, with words of appreciation from the principal of Gnana Bodhini School
and other staff.

Activities performed:

o The participants of the Cleanliness Event gathered on our college grounds at

around 7:30 AM on Monday, 19th December 2022. With great enthusiasm and
high spirits, the students use to clean premises using the necessary tools-brooms,
disposal bags and etc.

o After gathering all the necessary information, we went to the school and we
divided ourselves into different groups. The premise included play area, outdoor
rooms and a small garden. The surroundings were thoroughly observed and noted that
the waste was all removed. After visiting the school students encouraged children
to showcase their talent and also helped in brightening up their skills. Students also
gave a speech to children about the importance of resource utilization.

o With great joy and satisfaction with the students, we concluded the event on 19 th
December 2022 at around 5 pm, with words of appreciation from the principal of
Gnana Bodhini School and other staff.

 AICTE Activity Point Program

ACTIVITIES PERFORMED:
o The participants of the plantation and nursery activity gathered at Karubele village, Kengeri at

around 08:00 AM on Monday, 8th April 2023. With great enthusiasm and high spirits, the
students collected the necessary agricultural tools-brooms, plant saplings, fertilizers, and
water.

o After inspecting the surroundings, the fertile spots were chosen for planting the saplings at
suitable distances to provide room for proper growth of each plant. The marked spots were
ploughed deep enough for sturdy grip.

o The volunteers took turns planting the saplings in each pit and a total of 30 plants of various
species were planted, fertilized, and watered.

o Some plants at the nursery were even relocated and planted in fertilized spot with ample
sunlight and space for better growth. The saplings were of different species like mango,
hibiscus, Curry leaves, strawberry etc.

o With great joy and satisfaction of contributing to the Green Earth community, we concluded
the event at around 6 pm on 15th April 2023, with words of appreciation from the Residents of
Karubele village and the Panchayat head of Karubele Mr.Anjanappa.

ACTIVITIES PERFORMED:

o The participants of the Cleanliness Event gathered on our college grounds at

around 7:30 AM on Tuesday, 2nd May 2023. With great enthusiasm and high
spirits, we discussed all the work and teaching that has to be done in school.

o After gathering all the necessary information, we went to the school and we
divided ourselves into different groups. Where they thought an easy way to solve
Maths along with English, Hindi, Games and also we gave some knowledge
about the higher education such as what kind of exam they should talk about after
their PU, what are the different opportunity they have after 10th etc…

o The volunteers took individual attention to the students and they also solved the
queries of the students. It was interactive secession and the students got to know
little information about their further studies.

o With great joy and satisfaction with the students, we concluded the event on 16 th
MAY 2023 at around 6 pm, with words of appreciation from the principal of Sri
Lal Bahadur Shastri School and other staff.

Activities Performed:

o The Volunteers arrived at the Government Higher Primary School grounds, at

9AM sharp along with the supervising faculties. The hospitable staff at the
school helped us by showing us around the school and the various classes from
1st grade through 6th.

o Each group of volunteers were assigned different classrooms, and indulged in

various teaching activities.Our group of volunteers were given the task of
teaching the 4th graders basic skill development education. I interacted with the
students regarding their area of interests.

o The lectures were provided in both English and the local language Kannada, for
the easy understanding of the technical curriculum. The event lasted over a
period of Fourteen days from 16th June till 30th June, over various time
periods,taking turns and enlightening the students about the joy of using
computers.
