In this chapter presents overview ,objectives ,scope of intership,Idescribe the objective
goal,scope,intership and finally I organize the benefit /advantage of internship

1.1. objectives of internship

The objective of the internship to access the experience ,knowledge ,problem solving technique
and adopting the external work environment in boset secondary school.

1.2. scope of internship

His internship only cover in boset secondary school and duration of time to perform is limited to
30 days .it involves, consistency, mission, and adoptability.

1.3. output of internship

In this internship I expected to perform only task ,or work in given time ,schedule in addition this
the internship may build my self confidence .it best reward of my future life finally the boset
secondary school invited me to work in their organization.

1.4. Background of organization

boset secondary school is found in east shoe zone in wolenchity town .it established 1994 e.c .the
organization is government school may use public service furthermore the organization may use
manual registration system of student since established the organization work culture
assumption..what happen in he organization by defining ,appropriate behavior for their various
situation .may the documentation also apply by manual service in case the school have a lot of of
potential student.

1.5. mission of organization

The organization NIS is build and produce compotator student for the country even if the student
may compete over the world.additionaly they expected all student may build them selves
economically for their life and also the school wants to contribute lots of student for country
GDP.

Summary
The purpose of this internship was to examine the ability of student .to learn the environment of
external work behavior to adopt for the final output of the internship of the class and also it
develop performance of student and future goal achievement .finally it helpful for every student
to establish the performance and self confidence and increase the ability to do every work task.
in every situation and gives opportunity to see the weakness ,effect and problem to solve within
problem solving technique .
