leaders, I can understand the challenges faced, such as

gaps.

Externally, I'd examine the "Labor Market," particularly


pay rates and unemployment. This can affect recruitment
efforts, talent retention, and overall competitiveness.
Understanding how these factors influence the
organization's ability to attract and retain skilled
employees is crucial.

As for a workforce planning solution, implementing a


comprehensive employee engagement program could
address internal challenges. This could involve regular
feedback mechanisms, career development initiatives,
and recognition programs. Short-term gains may include
improved morale and productivity, while long-term
benefits could include higher retention rates and a more
positive organizational culture. Limitations could include
