Shift 1 : 07:00-15.00
Shift 2 : 15.00 – 23:00
Shift 3: 23:00 – 07:00
8 hours with 20 minute break
5 days per week
6 Accommodation Provided by the Company
7 Food 1 Meal per working day
9 Medical Insurance Provided by the Company As per Romanian
Labor Law
10 Local Transportation Provided by the company to and from the
work site

- vocational school for confectioner qualification in the field

• HIERARCHICAL RELATIONS
- he is subordinate to the head of the shift and the head of the
production sector
• TASKS
- he shows up to work with 10 minutes. before the start of the activity
to get acquainted with the work duties of the respective day;
- analyze the sample to be able to see how the bag is sewn;
- check if the wire type corresponds to the one in the order, and if not,
it will make the necessary changes;
- takes into account the indications of the ctc-ist and the foremen
regarding the phases they must execute;
- notifies the shift foreman at the smallest detected deviation from the
order;
- notify the replacement mechanic if the car does not work normally;
- at the end of the shift, declare the good production (quantity - quality)
in the production list, which must correspond to the machine list;
- - notify the ctc-ista and the foreman for each scrap made and try to
remedy the product;
- - if the workplace is changed during the shift
- or the work phase, all the phases preceding the start of the work are
resumed again.
- - Record the stops in the car's logbook, which will be countersigned by
the mechanic;
- makes and keeps the workplace clean

• RESPONSIBILITY:
- - any malfunction that is observed will be reported to the competent
people from the maintenance workshop;
- - notify the foreman when leaving the workplace and disconnect the
car;
- correctly declare the production made at the end of the shift; knows
and respects the provisions of the quality management system
documents specific to the activity it carries out;
- - comply with PM and PSI norms specific to your place of work;
