Respected Sir,
I, Kanika Sankle, earlier posted as DEE/G/AII had applied to avail study leave for higher studies vide application
mentioned under ref.4 followed by reply of queries vide letters mentioned under ref.6 &11.
I have got registered myself for the course and have completed the registration process for admission already,
however further admission process is yet to be done from my side. I am planning to take admission in the above referred
course on 29.09.2023. Accordingly, study leave may be sanctioned from the date of admission.
So in view of above I humbly request you to process the case at earliest for getting it sanctioned from competent
authority so that I can do admission formalities as soon as possible and can get admission in the course and
continue with studies.
