7 . The machine is designed with the following powerful features of human
nature:
A. Sleep function:
Machine with self-detection functionality automatically, when it is unattended
and not in use, pauses fora set duration prior to sleep mode, and
automatically cools to200'C. lt will then enter sleep mode to prevent
soldering iron oxidation and effectively extend soldering iron head service
life while retaining energy savings and environmental protection. The sleep
time ranges from: 1-99 minutes, in1 minute intervals. Users can set the time
according to personal usage patterns. lf the sleep function is not necessary
for the soldering iron, the sleep time should be set to:
Wake-sleep methods:

B. Auto-off function:
After the machine into hibernation, the program start time, in the set auto-off
time not wake dormant, the machine will automatically shut down, saving and

L Connect suction tin soldering station handle or soldering station handle.
2. Connected to the power supply.
3. Turn on the power switch, soldering station begin heating.
4. Press plus or minus key to set the temperature you need, soldering station
can work when temperature be stable, suction tin soldering station can work
after power on 3 minutes; use suction tin nozzle trap on the foot of element,
and melt the solder tin completely, then push the red button on the suction tin
soldering station, cleaning the tin.
5. After work, put the soldering station handle or suction iron handle back to
iron holder, turn off the power.
Precautions!
1. Suction tin soldering station handle and soldering handle share one
interface. When use suction tin soldering station, this handle connect on 8
core interface, trachea connect on. When use soldering station, take out the
suction tin soldering station handle and connect soldering iron handle.
2. Notes to use suction tin soldering station:
A. Solder tin must be melted completely ,then push red button.
B. lf there is a printed circuit board solder residue within the aperture, we
need to re-welding, and then repeat the desoldering process.
G. lf the element foot rely on the PCB aperture side, unable clean solder,
firstly need re-welding,Then use Nozzle melt the solder, and then slowly
move to the suction nozzle, moving foot drive element, make the element is
not in contact with the foot aperture, then buckle suction soldering station red
switch, the solder sucked clean.
D. Suction nozzle holes are not clogged, buckle suction soldering red switch
to observe the indicator color. lf it is red, or more than half, need to clean up
the suction nozzle, heating element, filter tubes. lf it is blue or little red, no
need clean
E. Nozzle with different dimensions, they are:O0.8MM, O1.0MM, O1.2MM,
O1.6MM, O1.8MM, 02.0MM, bigger nozzles suitable for big welding plate of
large components foot, small nozzle suitable for small welding plate of small
components foot.

A. Sleep Time Set
1 . Turn on the power switch, press once * keY, the display shows "L01" "01"
flashing as picture, as this time for the 1 minute sleep time.
2. Press the plus or minus key to set the desired sleep time, tap to one
minute changes, long press for quick setting.
3. lf you need to set other functions, press the :t button
to select other functions set up after. No need to set
other functions, stop operating for 6 seconds,
program automatic save and exit function setting
interface and sleep time setting complete.
B. Auto-OFF Setting
1 . Turn on the power switch, press two the * key, the display shows 'P01"
"01" flashing, flashing as picture, this time for one minute off time.
2. Press the plus or minus Key to set off the time required, tap to one
minute changes, long press for quick setting.

3. lf you need to set other functions, press the button to
select other functions set up after. No need to set
other functions, stop operating for 6 seconds,
program automatic save and exit function

C. Fahrenheit / Gelsius Temperature Display Mode Settings
1. Turn on the power switch, press three times the * key, the display shows
"C", "C"as picture, as this time is Celsius temperature display mode
setting.
2. Press plus or minus keys to set the display mode you
need.
3. Press the * key after setting up, program automatic
save and exit function setting interface, setting
completed.
D. Digital temperature correction settings
This function can be used to correct the temperature deviation caused by
environmental changes or replacement of heating elements soldering iron
tip and other accessories; temperature correction can effectively improve
the operating efficiency and extend the service life of the soldering iron.
1. Turn on the power switch, and press the plus and minus keys simultane-
ously for 2 seconds after the temperature stabilizes. The display shows 4
decimal points in addition to the set temperature.
2. Press the plus and minus keys to enter the measured temperature.
3. Simultaneously press the plus and minus keys for 2 seconds to confirm,
the program automatically corrects and saves the temperature, and exits
the setting interface, the temperature calibration is completed. lf the temp-
erature still has a slight deviation, the calibration can be repeated.

Overheating will weaken tip function, it should select the

A. Suction Nozzle Gleaning

B. Heating Element Cleaned
Heatingllement screwed out of the nut after cooling, remove the pipe and the
suction nozzleturn on the power switch, so the heating elements heat. Clean
with a suitable needle to clean the heating element inside the hole turn off the
power to clean up after.
Note:
Heating element inside the hole solder must melt before they can be cleaned. lf
you can not clean the needle through the heating element bore, replace the
heating element. When assembled, the nut must be tightened, low temperature
or suction nozzle.

C. Filter tube cleaning
1) Turn off the power, and so the filter after cooling remove the filter.
