CAR GROOVE CROSS TECHNOLOGY

Abstract
The paper presents the methodology prepared by the author. During the process of acquiring
new technology for the armed forces. The process does not allow for improvement and
perfecting of the structure, and the research in scope of wheel vehicle movement safety may
be limited. The procedure of implementation and verification of equipment stresses the
structure optimization as early as on the designing and prototype preparation stages. The new
technology name is VEHICLE GROVE CROSS. This technology is used to cross vehicle in
grove or gap especially for armed vehicles. This technology works by hydraulic components
or pneumatic components. ISRAEL and IRAN failed in operation in 2018 without this
technology (VEHICLE GROVE CROSS). Material used in technology – oil tank, manifold,
solenoid valve, motor pump, telescopic cylinder, telescopic track, hydraulic motor, pressure
relief, pressure gauge, gyroscope sensor(optional). I decided to design model this technology
with help of Renault kwid. Because Renault kwid is less weight with high ground clearance.
When the army faces battle, opposite defence team make a groove in ground. So, our team
could not move or cross the grove with vehicles. Vehicle is important in battle, because
vehicles carry payload, missile, launcher, jawans carrier, tank carrier. When the driver of the
army vehicle seen a grove. The driver operates a hydraulic lever, lever action helps to run
hydraulic pump to hydraulic cylinder to push wheel vertically. very next from the bottom of
the body of vehicle gives motion to telescopic track. After the action vehicle moves with the
help of wheel in track to opposite side of the ground. Finally, if this technology comes in our
army vehicle it helps to counter opposite defence army when it in use. And also push army
rank in world from 13th rank to 10th
