Given my background as a lawyer and my deep connection to Jamshoro, having been born and
raised here and completed my entire education in the city, I possess a unique understanding of
the community that will help me design projects that truly resonate with the people.

Why you want to open Hub in Jamshoro.

1. I’m inspired by the positive change that the Karachi and Umerkot hubs have
sparked, and I see a similar potential in Jamshoro. The city has a large
population of resilient and hardworking students from rural Sindh who,
despite facing limited opportunities, are eager to make a difference. As
someone who moved to Karachi for the same reason—seeking better
opportunities—I deeply understand the challenges the youth of Jamshoro
face today. I want to provide them with a platform to create lasting impact
and foster growth for both themselves and their community. As the eldest
daughter, I have always paved the way for others, and that growth mindset is
something I want to channel for Jamshoro too.
How will you run a successful team.
2. I believe I can run a successful team because of my strong leadership
abilities, honed through various roles during my college years and later in
law school. I have served as president and leader of several societies, where
I led teams of over 100 students, understanding both their needs and what
they bring to the table. This experience helped me develop a keen ability to
motivate and guide diverse groups. In my law practice, I was entrusted with
my firm's litigation portfolio, where I trained and supervised incoming law
students and interns, helping them learn the ins and outs of the legal
profession. Additionally, as a territory leader for Aspire Institute in
Jamshoro, I currently lead a team of 10, further refining my skills in
teamwork, communication, and vision. As the eldest daughter, I have always
taken on leadership roles within my family, which shaped my ability to
understand people and guide them effectively. My career in law has only
strengthened these skills, making me a confident and capable team leader.
My strengths in leading any project:
3. My strengths in leading any project in Jamshoro lie in my strong network
within the local community and my leadership skills. I have built meaningful
connections across the city, allowing me to understand its potential and the
unique challenges it faces. I am familiar with the youth demographics, which
are full of resilience and untapped potential. However, Jamshoro faces
challenges such as limited access to quality education, few job opportunities,
a lack of platforms for youth engagement, and vulnerability to climate
change impacts. I believe these gaps are areas where projects can have a
significant impact, and with my leadership experience, I can guide initiatives
that address these needs while harnessing the city's strengths.
Resistance from people:
4. I understand that resistance is a natural part of initiating any project,
especially when it involves change. However, I also know that with this
resistance, there will be significant support from key figures within
Jamshoro. I will proactively engage with local leaders, influencers, and
community members to build trust and ensure they understand the value of
the project. By emphasizing the long-term benefits and aligning the project
with the community’s needs, I believe we can turn resistance into
understanding. I will also work closely with youth and students, who are
eager for opportunities, to create ambassadors for the cause. Through a
combination of addressing concerns, showcasing tangible benefits, and
fostering local support, I’m confident we can overcome resistance and create
lasting impact in Jamshoro.
