From DC analysis: RL=2.86k
The schematic using RL on cadence virtuoso is:

Now ploting Id/W vs gm/Id ,


Now at gm/Id =8 , Id/ W comes as 34.774mA,

So W= Id/34.774 or W= 0.314mA/34.774m = 9.029um

So , W= 9.025um.

Now put new value of W in schematic.

Now we need to find Vgs , for that , we take gm/Id vs (Vgs- Vth) plot,
Now at gm/Id=8, (Vgs – Vth) is 0.2v
So , Vgs=Vth + 0.2 = 0.48 + 0.2 = 0.68v
Vgs=0.68v

For AC analysis:

Now lets plot gain vs frequency , for showing unity gain frequency,
