OPTION C

STEPS & MATERIALS TOOLS

1. Rip plywood into three pieces Tape measure, pencil, chalk-line and table
saw.

2. Cut each strip into four equal Tape measure, pencil, framing square and
pieces from circular saw.

3. Sand pieces on one side and edges Belt sander, Palm sander sand paper.

4. Mark curve on template Pencil, tape measure, string-line

5. Cut out curve on from Marking knife and scissors

6. Transfer curve to ply wood Template, pencil masking tape.

7. Cut curve into ply wood Saber saw/portable jig saw “G” clamps

8. Sand curved edges Belt sander, sand paper

9. Mark notch-out in bottom of Pencil, tape measure, try square

10. Cut notch into bottom of table saw, jig saw

11. Sand notched edges Belt sander and sanding block, sandpaper

12. Drill counter sunk holes Counter sunk bit, drill and “G” clamps
Into ply where screws will
Be inserted

ASSEMBLY

1. Screw and glue two pieces Screws, glue, screw gun and “G” clamps
together

2. Fill holes with wood filler Belt sander and Palm sander and sanding
block, sandpaper.

3. Apply primer primer, paint brush

4. Lightly sand Sanding block sandpaper

5. Apply first coat paint Paint, paint brush.

6. Lightly sand Sanding block sandpaper

7. Apply finish coat Paint, paint brush.
