5. Project works start when Down Payment has been accepted by PT. Indotara Persada.
6. Electrical Installation will be started after item and site ready 100%.
7. Cable for power 3Phase 380V supplied by the BUYER directly to position of the crane power feed.
8. The price are including Test & Commissioning (exclude load weight).
9. Electricity consumption for the field work is borne by the BUYER.
10. Crane Units should not be used by User before the Handover performed after the Test & Commissioning.
11. Security costs and illegal levies are the responsibility of the buyer.
12. Our project worker & engineer are protected with Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja (JKK) BPJS.
