Instructions to Apply for Transcript
1. Student/Alumni (Applicant) shall apply for a Transcript to the Office the Controller of Examinations
2. To apply for a Transcript, the Applicant must have cleared all the subjects and all the Grade
3. Documents To be Uploaded:
a. Government issued Identity proof (Driving License /International Passport/PAN Card & Aadhar
b. Consolidated Grade sheet (or) all Individual semester Grade/Mark sheets (up to last appearance).
c. If the Transcript(s) needs to be issued/ sent to an authorized person, the below documents must
be uploaded additionally:
ii. Government issued Identity proof (Driving License /International Passport/PAN Card & Aadhar
card) of the Authorized person (relatives). If the Transcript needs to be sent to a University for
further studies, upload a copy of Offer letter/notification which shows the requirement of
Transcript.
5. The process of application may take longer time to complete, if the information/documents furnished
is incomplete.
6. Transcript requests are processed in the order of receipt and have to be collected within seven working
days from KATTANKULATHUR Campus (if opted to collect in person) upon receipt of E-mail
communication.
7. Any request for alternative arrangement will NOT be accepted once the application form is submitted.
8. The University is not responsible for wanton disclosure of login or academic details by the
Student/Alumni to any other person/organization and any further consequences arising thereof.
9. The Authorities reserve the right to withhold/decline issuance of transcript to student/alumni who had
provided incorrect information or has not paid the college fee or any other fees owed to the college or
who has failed to discharge all obligations towards SRM Institute of Science and Technology.
