SAP Advanced Financial Closing allows you to define, automate, process, and monitor the entity close for your
organization.

This feature scope description shows you which features are provided with SAP Advanced Financial Closing.
In addition, it constitutes the product documentation for SAP Advanced Financial Closing, as defined in the
General Terms and Conditions for SAP Software (”GTC”).
Licenses
Note that you may need a separate subscription license for certain features. Please contact your SAP Account
Executive for further information.
Feature Description
Task Lists You can generate task lists from a template for any key date. Once the task list is released,
you can schedule and process the tasks.
Approval You can mark closing tasks as subject to approval, so that the person responsible for the
respective closing tasks has to approve the task completion.
Notifications You can configure the system to send notifications to users processing closing tasks and
persons responsible.
Monitoring You can monitor your active task lists by means of key figures such as completion rate,
overdue time, or number of error messages.

Some links are classified by an icon and/or a mouseover text. These links provide additional information.
