1 The above property i.e. Khasra No. 112/1, 112/2, total area 1.45 Acre, was agriculture land owned
by Smt. Kesharbai W/o Late Shri Laduji and Shri Pannalal S/o Shri Rukhduji Through POA Shri
Mahesh S/o Late Shri Shankarlal Patel and also found their name in the revenue records since 2004-
05
2 After that Smt. Kesharbai W/o Late Shri Laduji and Shri Pannalal S/o Shri Rukhduji Through POA Shri
Mahesh S/o Late Shri Shankarlal Patel have applied for diversion of the above said agriculture land
i.e. Khasra No. 112/1, 112/2, total area 1.45 Acre Paiki area 1.24 Acre, for residential purpose by
SDO Barwani order of under Case No. 41/A-2/2004-05 dated 08-07-2005
3 After that they have got permission from Town & Country Planning Department Khandwa vide
Permission No. 539/P.P.R.-02 LO/Nagrani/2005 Khandwa dated 08-06-2005 and obtained a
Colonizer registration License from SDO. Revenue Barwani vide Case No. 131/B-121/2004-05 dated
04-06-2005 and also obtained a permission to sale of the said Plot of Colony from Hon'ble High
Court of Madhya Pradesh Bench at Indore in revenue M.P. Land Revenue Code 1959 under section
165(6)vide Case No. W.P. 2614/2015 dated 22-04-2015.
4 That Smt. Kesharbai W/o Late Shri Laduji and Shri Pannalal S/o Shri Rukhduji Made a Power of
attorney for sale of the said Plots of Colony in favour of Shri Mahesh S/o Late Shri Shankarlal Patel
vide registration No. 4-A/8
5 After completion all formalities they name of the Colony as "Shiv Shankar Colony Barwani"
6 That Smt. Kesharbai W/o Late Shri Laduji and Shri Pannalal S/o Shri Rukhduji Through POA Shri
