Greetings from Express Roadways Pvt. Ltd., Customer Focused organization engaged in the business
of transportation, WAREHOUSING & also other forms of Logistics & Supply chain including 3 PL services & & 4
PL services with a strong desire to carve a niche in the field!!!

At the outset, would like to convey sincere thanks for the gesture and cooperation extended during the entire session
of interaction in the recruitment process with us at various point of time Indeed it was a nice session, the outcome is
very much fruitful and “WIN-WIN” situation.
Subsequently in line with the discussion, pleased to offer this formal “Letter of Intent” to avail your services as a "
Executive" to be posted & based at Lucknow-(WH) . This job carries an Annual CTC of Rs 213722.00/(Approx. Rs.
13000.00 /Take home salary per month) with the job profile confined to the management of “Lucknow-(WH) ".

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. You will be on probation for a period of Six Months from the date of joining. During the period of probation or
any extension or for the next 6 months (up to one year) thereof, you may be eligible for Sick & Casual leave
only. Privilege leave will be allowed only after completing the probation period.
2. You are required to serve the company a notice period of minimum 30 days before quitting/resigning the
job or deposit one month’s gross salary in lieu thereof. This is apart from the specific Service terms if any
entered at the time of joining.
3. Bonus & Leave salary will be applicable only after completing the 12 months from the date of joining, Mediclaim
will be applicable after completion of your Probation period (only if it is mentioned in CTC structure on annual
basis) and Gratuity after completing the 60 months from joining. (Gratuity as per prevailing Govt. Norms).
4. If your performance is not found up to mark, your services may be discontinued even without any prior notice
period and without assigning any reason thereof.
5. You are also aware that you are involved in processes, which is of highly confidential nature. If it is found
during the course of your employment with us that you are involved in taking bribe/commission to favour any
individual/party/employee, the management shall have right to terminate your services with immediate effect
and your dues shall be forfeited.
6. This letter of offer is based on the information furnished in your application for employment and during the
interviews had with us. If at any time in future it comes to light that any of this information is incorrect or any
relevant information is withheld, then your employment is liable to be terminated without notice.
7. All other terms & conditions as prevailed in the organisation will be applicable.
8. In order for employee to perform the duties, it may be necessary for the Company to provide employee with
Confidential Information (as defined below) regarding the Company’s business and products. The Company
will rely heavily upon employee’s integrity and prudent judgment to use this information only in the best
interests of the Company. Employee to ensure that no confidential data to be leaked outside and breach of
the same will deemed as offence and termination of agreement.

You are requested to carry the below mentioned documents at the time of joining:
1. All Educational certificates (photocopies).
2. Relieving Letter from the last company.
3. Salary Certificate/ Salary slips/ Bank Statement x last 3 months.
4. Experience certificate(s) of last 3 companies.
5. Passport size photographs x 4 copies
6. Documents of proof of residence (Permanent & Current)
7. Pan Card & Passport copy.

Herewith you are requested to intimate the concerned to confirm to Joining ON 02 July 2024 for the needful
arrangements. As discussed, after getting your confirmation necessary arrangement for Induction at our Lucknow-
(WH) will be arranged. You need to bring & arrange for the below referred documents.
The formal offer letter along with the salary break-up & your induction program will be provided to you at the time
of joining and subsequently will chart out the RRO (role, responsibility and objective) of your Position. This position
entitles to you to direct involvement with the Top line of the organization from time to time. Pl find the Broad Break-up
