How many more men working at the rate of 7 hours a day would complete the same job

18. Two circles of radii 3.5cm and 4.2cm with centres X and Y respectively intersect at point A and B as
shown below.

19. A bus left Nairobi at 7.00am and travelled towards Eldoret at an average speed of 80km/hr. At 7.45am a

Eldoret is 300km. Calculate

d) The distance of the bus from Eldoret when the car arrived in Nairobi. (2 marks)

c) If triangle A¹¹B¹¹C¹¹ is mapped onto A¹¹¹B¹¹¹C¹¹¹ whose co-ordinates are A¹¹¹(-2, 0), B¹¹¹(2, -2) and
C¹¹¹(-2, -2) by a rotation. Find the centre and angle of rotation. (3 marks)
