(1) The Company is not 'COMMON CARRIER' and reserves their right to refuse any booking of goods without assigning any reason, whatsoever. (2) r . is not c~i?ct to the
CARRIAGE BY ROAD ACT 2007 and all the term & conditions herein will be binding to the Consignor/Consignee.(3) The company is not responsible fo(,, tern iages tot' ~ , jntents of
Packages or damages to unpacked goods or damages to perishable articles by deterioration or damages to brittle articles (4) The company is not responsibl 'r the conter ^~~ Packages,
delivered in the same apparent condition in which they are tendered for dispatch by the Consignor. (5) No guarantee for weights or contents can be,given. As far as possible all precautions will
be taken against Pilferage. (6) The Company is not responsible for losses or damages to goods arising out of leakage, breakage and weather condition. (7) It shall be absolute responsibility of
the consignor to insure the goods with any Insurance Company in order to secure transit of Consignments and if the Consignor wants to book the goods on Carrier Risk, then they shall pay the
necessary Risk Charges in advance to the Carrier separately, otherwise the Carrier shall not be liable for any loss. (8) The Company shall have the right to dispose ofsail Perishables lying
undelivered, after 48 hours of arrival without any notice to the Consignor/ Consignee. (9) The Company carries the goods on the basis "SAID TO CONTAIN" The Consignor shall indicate the
inherent dangers, perils, hazard pertaining to the Consignment (such as inflammability, reactions, danger to life & property etc.) during transportation & Handling and if any such incident
occurs, the Consignor is fully liable for all Consequences arising out of incorrect declaration of the contents of the goods. The Company will have the liberty to detain such Consignments, if
there is reasonable suspicion of such wrong declaration. The Consignor shall be responsible to compensate the Company for any damages or loses caused by such wrong declaration. (10)
The company has the right to hold the material against any past and present dues from the Consignor/ Consignee. (11) The Company will be at liberty to transship good for vehicle to another at
the Company's option without assigning any reason and without incurring any liability of risks or damage arising out of such transshipment. (12) Timings for arrivals and departures are not
guaranteed and are subject to change without notice at anytime. If the Consignor intends to get its Consignment transported within a particular period of time then the same shall be mentioned
to the carrier and which is to be incorporated in the GC Note. The Company would also not be responsible for the losses arising because of delay in delivery for any reasons. Goods would be
transported to the destination at the earliest possible. (13) The Consignee copy of the GC Note should be surrendered by the Consignee or his duly Authorized Representative at the time of
delivery of Consignment at the destination. (14) The GC Note marked for Door delivery (Direct) is not meant for Bank. Goods will not be delivered without Consignee Copy. (15) Consignment
marked for delivery to "SELF" should be collected by the Consignee at his own cost from our Branch at destination. If desired, delivery can be affected at Consignee's Place on payment of extra
charges and on surrendering the Consignee Copy of GC Note. (1 6) The Company has the right of re-measuring, re-weighment, re-classification of goods before they are delivered and of
collecting any amount that may have been omitted or under-charged. (17) The delivery of the goods must be taken within 7 days after its arrival at destination or rebooked; failing which
demurrage will be charged for the period upto the date of collection by the Consignee at the rate of 20 paise per kg on charged weight, per day. (18) If the Consignee does not take delivery the
Consignor shall be liable to take delivery or rebook within one month. The Company is not responsible after that period. That the Notice under Section XVI of the CARRIAGE BY ROAD ACT, shall
be sent by delivery branch, area/regional/corporate office and it will be a valid binding notice Further it shall be Lawful for the Carrier to dispose off the Consignment after waiting for 30 days
from the date of Issuance of the Final Notice of the Lien. (19) All Consignments lying uncleared in our godown over 75 days after the date of arrival will be disposed off at the risk and
responsibility of the parties as unclaimed goods and the proceedings will be appropriated as Freight. (20) Consignment booked on freight ToPay basis; if consignee party fails to make the
freight payment within stipulated period of time, the final payment responsibility lies with the consignor. Non-payment of freight will attract 18% interest p.a. with recovery rights as per V-Trans
policy. (21) The Company is not responsible in the event of the goods detained or seized or confiscated by appropriate Government Authorities. (22) The branch staffs are not authorized to
give any Certificate of Loss. The same can be issued only by the Regional Manager. Certificate of Fact (COF) can be issued only by the Regional Manager on valid pre-printed stationery after
due verification of loss and receipt of specified documents only. Any such certificate given by the branch staffs on this Goods Consignment Note or Letterhead are not legally valid. (23) If E-
way bill generated by V-Trans for some reasons, then V-Trans will not be liable if any error found in E-way Bill form Part A(24) The Consignor/Consignee shall keep the company its parent,
subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees harmless and indemnify against the claim in respect of acts, deeds and things done by Consignor/Consignee by reasons of
breach/contravention/violation of rules and regulations in force from time to time. (25) Signature and Rubber Stamp of Consignee is required on the Consignee Copy while taking delivery of
goods, (26) These conditions are subject to change without notice. (27) These are subject to MUMBAIJURIDICTION only.
