Holistic Approach:

Holistic Approach implies the unity between divine, individual self and the
universe.

in an organisation as well the departments although working individually


should at the same time consider themselves as a part of the organisation
and work to to achieve the goals of organisation

No department should be undervalued in terms of its contribution. Only


then can a organisation continue to survive and grow

Karma Yoga:

Karma Yoga refers to selfless work. It purifies our hearts and leads to self
development along with spritiual growth which further helps in achieving
prosperity and happiness. It teaches us not to focus on money alone. A
good manager must work responsibly and not indulge in malpractices for
material wants. Manager is a mentor and must lead organisation on the
path of individual and collective development.

Business should aim at providing best services to their customers and not
resort to any unfair practices to maximise profits. They should also
perform the corporate social responsibility diligently as it will not only help
the build a lasting brand reputation but also they will have many long
term benefits.

Co-operation and team work:

While the western philosophies favour competition, Indian ethos focuses


on cooperation and teamwork for achieving results.

healthy competition is encouraging but at same time one should not


forget that it is our world and we have to live in it and one should make it
easier to live in and make it a better place with collaboration.

If departments work in cooperation only then can an organisation achieve


its goals and grow constantly. All dept should understand the importance
of one another and managers should encourage proper communication
among depts.
