Admission Criteria
Any graduate with minimum 50% marks.

Age limit of students must be between 20 to 27 years, with 27 being

the maximum age.

Must have some basic knowledge about computer skills.

Good communication skill is must.( No language barrier)

1. Student Enrollment
STEPS WE NEED TO FOLLOW: -
STUDENT ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: -
1. Age up to 27 yrs.
2. Graduate (Any Stream).
*Any deviation of age is the sole discretion of Skill School.

STUDENT ENROLLMENT/ REGISTRATION FORM: -

Students will submit below necessary documents (sample registration
form enclosed).
A. Updated CV
B. Passport Size photograph.
C. Aadhar Card.
D. Pan Card.
E. Latest Education Certificate.

After submission of above mentioned documents we will proceed with below:

1. Assessment test of students will happen instant once we receive student details (minimum 50 % marks required to qualify).
2. If a student qualifies then an interview will be conducted within the next 4 hours by the Interview Panel of Skill School. (50% marks required)
3. If the student successfully attempts and qualifies the interview then an approval mail will be sent to the student instant from
([email protected], CC Channel Partner Email Id) Sample email enclosed.
4. After initiating an email the student needs to deposit his Program Fees into a Skill School Bank Account within the next 48 working hours.
5. After payment of the Program student agreement form to be signed by the student within one working day.
6. A Student Welcome Call will be initiated by the support team of Skill School. (Within the next 24hrs. Stating Program details /Program Fees etc.)
7. If Student will not process the payment within 48 working hours (from the date of confirmation email) then admission will be considered as
cancelled.

After signing the agreement below steps task to be followed: -

1. Batch Allocation date will be informed to the student. (Email format attached)
2. CRM/LMS id creation.
3. Training Start/End date need to be informed.

2. Program Curriculum delivery

The delivery of the curriculum will begin as per the course.

Every day assessment after curriculum delivery.

Assessment marks will be displayed on the LMS.

Short video of the topics delivered for quick review.

Regular Assessment of the topics covered through quizzes and

MCQs.

4. Mock Calls & Interviews

Regular scenario based mock calls are being provided to the students for live
scenarios of day to day banking activity.

Mock Interview drills for confidence building in the students for better job
opportunities.

Guest lectures are done on regular basis for industry insights.

These are done on regular basis along with soft skills training for 360 degree
development of the student.

3. Soft Skills Training

1. Soft skills training will begin after course curriculum delivery ends.
2. Soft skills training like:

Negotiation
Customer service
Sales Training
Live Project
Resume Building
Group Discussion
Team Management, etc. are being given and closely monitored on regular
basis.

5. Final Certification Awarded

1. After completion of the course curriculum, soft skills training and
mock drills the scores of all these are summarized.

2. Expert faculties are being invited for the final assessment of the
candidates as per the industry norms based on the following: -

Negotiation skills, etc.

3. After these the scores are clubbed and based on the performance
the certificates are being awarded.

Eligibility for getting Certificate awarded

Attendance (during classes): - 90% minimum.

Attendance (during regular assessments): - 90% minimum.

Minimum 80% marks during mock assessments, role plays, soft skills training, sales training and mock interviews.

Have a positive feedback from the soft skills trainer during mock interviews and scenario based questions.

Minimum 75% marks during the final assessment for Program Certification.
