MESSAGE -

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: (1) The Company is\u2018COMMON CARRIER \u2018 and reserve their right to refuse any booking of goods without any
reason, whatsoever . (2) This contract is subject to COMMON CARRIERS ACT 2007 and all the terms and conditions herein will be binding to the
Consignor/Consignee. (3) The Company is not responsible for internal damages to the contents of packages or damages to unpacked goods or
damages to perishable articles by deterioration or damages to brittle articles.(4)The Company is not responsible for the contents of packages
,delivered in the same apparent condition in which they are tendered for dispatch by the consignor .(5) No guarantee for weights on contents can be
given. As far as possible all precautions will be taken against pilferage. (6) The company is not responsible for losses or damages to goods arising
out of leakage,breakage and weather conditions. (7) It shall be absolute responsible for the Consignor to insure the goods with any insurance
Company in order to secure transit of Consignments and if the Consignor wants to insure the same through the carrier , then it shall pay the
necessary . Insurance premium charges in advance to the Carrier separately , otherwise the carrier shall not be liable for any loss. (8) The company
shall have the right to dispose all perishable lying undelivered , after 48 hours of arrival without any notice to Consignor/consignee. (9) The company
carriers the goods on the basis said to content \u201C The consignor shall indicate the inherent danger perils in the Consignments, their possible
leakages, inflammability during transit, reaction etc. and if any such incident occurs the Consignor is liable for the consequences arising out of
incorrect declaration of the contents of the goods. The Company will have the liberty to detain such Consignments, if there is responsible suspicion
of such wrong declaration. The Consignor shall be responsible to compensate the company for any damages or losses caused by such wrong
declaration. (10) The Company has the right to hold the material against any past and present dues from the Consignor/Consignee. (11) The Company
will be at liberty to transship goods from one vehicle to another at company\u2019s option without assigning any reason and without incurring any
liability of risk or damage arising out of such transshipment. (12) Timings for arrivals and departures are not guaranteed and are subject to charge
without notice at ant time. If the consignor intends to gets its consignments transported within a particular period of time then the same shall be
mentioned to the carrier and which is to be incorporated in the G.C.Note . The company would also not be responsible for the losses arising because
of delay in delivery for any reasons. Goods are being transported to the destination at earliest . (13)The consignee copy of the G.C.Note should be
surrendered by the consignee or his duly authorized representative at the time of delivery of consignment of destination but the company is at liberty,
but not bound to effect delivery on the Triplicate of the G.C.Note . (14) The G.C. Note marked for \\\"DIRECT\\\" will not be forwarded Through Banks.
The Company reserves the right to deliver the goods at the destination, even without calling for the copy of the G.C. Note. There will be no be stopped
to such act to the company (15)The G.C. Note Consignment marked for delivery to 'SELF' should be collected by the Consignee at his own cost from
our Branch/Depot at the destination. If desires, delivery can be effected at Consignee's place on payment of extra charges and on surrending the
Consignee copy of G.C. Note. (16) The company has the right of re-measuring, re-weighment,re-classification of goods before they are delivered and
collecting any amount that may have been omitted our undercharged. (17) The delivery of the goods must be taken within 7 days after its arrival. at
Destination or rebooked failing which storage rent at the rate shown below will be charged for the period up to the date of collection by the
Consignee. (A) For articles weighing upto 100kgs. Rs. 5.00 per day for 30 days & Rs .10.00 thereafter. (B) For articles weighing over 100 kgs. Rs. 10
per day. (18) If the consignee does not take delivery. the Consigner shall be liable to take delivery of Rebook within 1 month. The Company is not
responsible after that period That the Notice under Section X of the Carries Act shall be sent only at the Head Office of the Carrier and then only it
shall be a valid and binding Notice Further it shall be Lawful for the Carrier to dispose off the Consignment after waiting for 30 days from the date of
issuance of final Notice of the lien. (19) All Consignment lying uncleared in our godown over 90 days after the date of their arrival will be disposed off
at the risk and responsibility of the Parties. as unclaimed and the proceeds will be appropriated as freight. (20) The Company is not responsible in the
event of the goods detained or seized or confiscated by appropriate Government Authorities. (21) These conditions are subject to change without
notice. (22) These are subject to AHMEDABAD JURISDICTION only RUBBER STAMP / LETTER HEAD / IDENTITY PROFF REQUIRED WHEN SELF OR
DIRECT RECEIPT GOODS DELIVERED-DEMURAGE AFTER 7 DAYS
