Annual Tuition fee fixed for the Programme is Rs.11045/-.

Candidates eligible for Jagananna Vidya Deevena (JVD) need not pay any amount at the time of admission. However, Candidates
admitted and eligible for JVD shall pay the Tuition Fee in FOUR installments, within a week after the Government reimburses the
Tuition Fee to the Mother’s Account. If the candidate is not eligible for fee reimbursement, the total Tuition Fee as prescribed by
the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall be paid to the College at the time of admission.

The Candidate's eligibility for reimbursement of tuition fee under "Jagananna Vidya Deevena (JVD)" scheme is subject to verification as per
eligibility criteria prescribed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh vide G.O.Ms.No:66 dated 08/09/2010 of Social Welfare (SW.EDN.2)
Department, G.O.Ms.No:115, dated 30/11/2019 of Social Welfare (EDN) Department, G.O.Ms. 14 Higher Education (E.C) Department dated
23-03-2020 and relevant instructions issued by Social Welfare Department Government of Andhra Pradesh from time to time.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. The candidate shall download the allotment order from cets.apsche.ap.gov.in


2. The candidate shall report in person at the college allotted from 06.10.2023 to 07.10.2023.
3. The candidate shall take print out of two copies of allotment order and two sets of photo copies of all certificates and report to the allotted
College. The candidate has to submit allotment order and obtain acknowledgement on the 2nd copy of allotment order from the College
which is to be retained with the candidate. At the time of reporting, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number of the candidate
for confirmation.
4. If the candidate does not report at the allotted college before 5:00pm on 07.10.2023, the provisional allotment shall stand
cancelled and the allotted seat will be treated as a vacancy and the candidate will not have any claim on the seat allotted.
5. If the academic and other credentials verified are found false at a later date, the candidate's admission will be cancelled and is liable for
criminal prosecution.
6. The candidate who is not eligible for fee reimbursement shall pay the total fee to confirm the allotment.
7. All General UG programmes are 4 year UG (Hons) programmes with effect from 2020-21 in accordance with G.O Ms.No.46 HE
(CE) Dt: 22.12.2020, with an exit option at the end of three years. Students who complete three years of study will be awarded a
general Degree while students who complete 4 years of study will be awarded an Honours Degree.
