A resolution requesting Parents and Teachers Association of Kinder and Grade 6 to allocate funds for the
Moving –Up and Graduation Ceremony expenses of Taba Elementary School, Taba Carmen Davao del
Norte.
WHEREAS, the Parent Teachers Association decided to make a request of the said problem.
WHEREAS, the moving -up ceremonies of kinder and graduation exercises of grade 6 is held every school
year and there is no allocated budget for food expenses for the visitors and dignitaries who will attend
the said afore mentioned event.
WHEREAS, the kinder and grade 6 learners need to have a solemn ceremony to be evaluated by the
division personnel after the program conducted.
WHEREAS, the PTA aims the benefits of safe and conducive moving-up and graduation ceremonies for
the learners.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of MR. JACKERY ABPA duly seconded by MRS. NORAISA GARCENILA and
unanimously approved by everybody present; to pass a resolution to the office of the SCHOOL PTA to
provide budget allocation for the Moving Up and Graduation Ceremony of Taba Elementary School.
BE IT RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved to request to the PTA under the leadership of Mrs. Giralyn V.
Codoy to grant the request for budget of food during the said events of Taba Elementary School.
RESOLVE FURTHER that the copies of resolution be forwarded to the HRPTCA and General PTA thru the
endorsement of Taba Elementary School kinder and grade 6 advisers, Taba, Carmen Davao del Norte.
Unanimously approved.
