ALL the Shortcut Keys used in MS WORD

1. Basic Shortcuts
- Ctrl + N : Create a new document

- Ctrl + O : Open an existing document

- Ctrl + S : Save the document

- Ctrl + P : Print the document

- Ctrl + W : Close the document

- Ctrl + Z : Undo the last action

- Ctrl + Y : Redo the last action

- Ctrl + C : Copy selected text or object

- Ctrl + X : Cut selected text or object

- Ctrl + V : Paste copied or cut text or object

- Ctrl + A : Select all content in the document

- Ctrl + F : Open the "Find" pane

- Ctrl + H : Open the "Replace" pane

- Ctrl + B : Bold selected text

- Ctrl + I : Italicize selected text

- Ctrl + U : Underline selected text

- Ctrl + E : Center align text

- Ctrl + L : Left align text

- Ctrl + R : Right align text

- Ctrl + J : Justify text

2. Formatting Text
- Ctrl + Shift + D : Double underline selected text

- Ctrl + Shift + W : Underline words, but not spaces

- Ctrl + Shift + A : Format text as all caps

- Ctrl + Shift + K : Format text as small caps

- Ctrl + Shift + L : Apply the default bullet style


- Ctrl + Shift + > : Increase font size by one point

- Ctrl + Shift + < : Decrease font size by one point

- Ctrl + [ : Decrease font size by one increment

- Ctrl + ] : Increase font size by one increment

- Ctrl + Spacebar : Remove all formatting from selected text

- Ctrl + Arrow Key (Left/Right) : Move the cursor word by word

- Ctrl + Arrow Key (Up/Down) : Move the cursor paragraph by paragraph

- Ctrl + Home : Move the cursor to the beginning of the document

- Ctrl + End : Move the cursor to the end of the document

- Ctrl + Page Up : Move up one page

- Ctrl + Page Down : Move down one page

- Alt + Ctrl + Z : Move to the last four locations where editing occurred

- Ctrl + M : Indent the paragraph

- Ctrl + Shift + M : Remove paragraph indentation

- Ctrl + T : Create a hanging indent

- Ctrl + Shift + T : Reduce a hanging indent

- Ctrl + Q : Remove paragraph formatting

- Ctrl + 1 : Single-space lines

- Ctrl + 2 : Double-space lines

- Ctrl + 5 : Set 1.5-line spacing

- Shift + Arrow Key (Left/Right/Up/Down) : Extend selection by one character/line

- Ctrl + Shift + Arrow Key (Left/Right) : Select text word by word

- Ctrl + Shift + Home : Select text from the cursor to the beginning of the document

- Ctrl + Shift + End : Select text from the cursor to the end of the document
- Shift + F8 : Reduce the selection
