WEEKDAY SCHEDULE
6:00 AM - 6:30 AM: Wake Up and Morning Routine
• Hygiene: Shower, brush teeth, etc. • Breakfast: Quick and nutritious meal 6:30 AM - 7:00 AM: Travel to School or Prepare for Online Classes 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM: School Hours • Attend classes, participate actively, and complete assignments • Lunch break during school hours 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Lunch Break • Healthy and balanced meal 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM: Study/Homework Session • Review class notes, complete assignments, and prepare for upcoming tests or quizzes 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM: After-School Activity or Extracurriculars • Sports practice, club meetings, or other extracurricular activities • Or, use this time for self-study or homework if no activities are scheduled 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Free Time/Relaxation • Spend time with friends or family • Relax, read a book, or engage in a hobby 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Dinner • Healthy and balanced meal with family or housemates 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM: Study/Preparation • Review the next day's lessons or assignments • Organize materials and plan for the following day 8:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Wind Down • Prepare for bed: change into pajamas, dim lights, etc. • Relaxing activities such as light reading or listening to calming music 9:00 PM: Bedtime • Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep • Establish a consistent sleep schedule for better rest
