The Project Manager-MEP is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of MEP services including
Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing systems, air compressor systems and firefighting installation in a new factory project. They need

12-15 years of experience in handling MEP activities in a project environment and 3 to 5 years in a people manager role
handling teams and independently leading project .
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical engineering, Project Management certification would be an added
advantage.
Qualification
Relevant experience in entire MEP systems including Electrical/ HVAC/Plumbing/firefighting/ air compressor &
project management, preferably in industrial or commercial construction projects.
Knowledge of Electrical and mechanical systems, codes, standards, and best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
Must have executed similar scale of industrial projects
GRIHA certification /IGBC /USGBC certification is preferable
