Support and Collaboration Plan for the UNO Culmination

Event

A. Collaboration with School PTA Officials, MBES Teaching and Non-

Teaching Staff, Barangay Officials, Parents, and Learners.

To ensure the smooth execution of the United Nations Organization

(UNO) Culmination event, collaboration and teamwork are essential. We
will work closely with the following groups:

1. PTA Officials – The Parent-Teacher Association will play a vital role in

assisting with the event planning and coordination. They will help
mobilize parent volunteers, provide support in organizing the contests,
and ensure active parent involvement.
2. MBES Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff – The entire teaching and
non-teaching staff will assist in various aspects of the event, from
preparing students for their performances to managing logistical
concerns such as stage design, seating arrangements, and student
supervision.
3. Barangay Officials – Coordination with the local barangay will be
important to ensure the safety and security of the event. They will
assist in crowd control, traffic management, and provide any
necessary community resources during the event.
4. Parents and Learners – Active involvement from parents and
students is key to the success of this event. Parents will contribute to
the preparations by assisting with costumes, providing support to the
school activities, and ensuring student participation. Learners will take
part in various contests and performances, and their excitement and
enthusiasm will fuel the event’s energy.
B. Involvement of Internal and External Stakeholders for
Sponsorship or Donations for Prizes, Refreshments and Tokens.

To enhance the event experience, we are seeking the involvement of

both internal and external stakeholders for potential sponsorships and
donations. These contributions will be utilized for providing prizes to winning
participants, refreshments to guests and participants as well as tokens of
appreciation for judges, facilitators, and other key contributors.

Expected Outcomes:

 Cultural Awareness and Appreciation

 The event will promote a deeper understanding and appreciation of

different cultures around the world. By representing various countries,
the participants will learn about global traditions, customs, and values,
fostering a sense of unity and respect for cultural diversity among
learners.

 Increased Student Confidence and Self-Esteem

 The Search for Mr. & Ms. United Nations will provide students with a
platform to showcase their talents, creativity, and cultural knowledge.
This experience will help boost their self-confidence and self-esteem as
they take part in public speaking, perform on stage, and express
themselves in front of an audience.

 Development of Leadership and Communication Skills

 Participants will have the opportunity to develop their leadership and

communication skills by representing their assigned countries, working
with their peers, and engaging in dialogues during the event. These
skills will be valuable for their academic and personal growth.

 Promotion of Teamwork and Collaboration

 The event encourages teamwork and collaboration among students,

teachers, and parents. As students prepare for their presentations,
they will work closely with their peers, teachers, and family members,
fostering a spirit of cooperation and community involvement.

 Increased Parental and Community Involvement

 The Search for Mr. & Ms. United Nations will encourage more active
participation from parents, PTA members, and the wider community.
By contributing to costumes, props, and moral support, parents and
community members will feel more connected to school activities,
strengthening the home-school partnership.
 Memorable Learning Experience

 The Search for Mr. & Ms. United Nations will provide a memorable
experience for all participants, leaving a lasting impact on their
academic journey. The event will serve as a unique learning platform
where students can apply their knowledge in a fun, engaging, and
meaningful way.
