ABSTRACT

Men Salon Management System (MSMS) is a web-based salon management


application with appointment scheduling functionality.
It connects clients, salons, and stylists in an online community allowing users to
browse salons and stylists, and book or cancel appointments.
Users can also write and read reviews of salons and particular stylists.
MSMS fills this void in a way that is on-demand, easy to use, and effective for users
and salon managers.
ABOUT THE PROJECT

Salon Management System is a simple, flexible and powerful booking


software for a salon business.
Easy Salon Software is a web based management software for salons & spa.
It is designed and developed to make business management efficient and
effective. Broadly, it covers all management areas of salon & spa business.
Easy Salon is very easy to use and affordable software that enables your
clients to book appointments and pay you upfront via your website.
SCOPE

Providing the facility to register Customers and maintain their details.


facilitate appointment handling.
facilitate admin Dashboards handling(service list, about us, invoice).
Handling Salon Services along with their respective prices, etc.
Generating invoices through the system.
SYSTEM ANALYSIS

EXISTING SYSTEM

Data can be uploaded manually as a late process data cannot be maintained


separately in this system.
In this system there is no security for data.
Individually data are uploaded through a lengthy process.

DEMERITS OF EXIXTING SYSTEM

No proper way to manage customers’ appointments.


No data backup option.
Anyone can access these files and salon’s confidential details not protect from
unauthorized access.
PROPOSED SYSTEM

Data can be uploaded easily through system.


Admin can be modified and uploaded information through
website.
In this system individually data can be maintained.

In this project, we use PHP and MySQL database. It has two modules,

In MSMS users are not required to sign in
Home Page: The user can take an appointment with Men’s Salon on a particular
date and time.
Services: User views the services which are offered by Men’s Salon.
About Us: User sees the details of Men Salon.
Contact Us: The user can contact Men Salon.
ADMIN

Dashboard: In this section admin can see all detail in brief like total number of
customer, Total number of appointment, Rejected Appointment, Accepted
Appointment, Total Services, Today’s sales, yesterday’s sale, Last seven days’ sales
and total sales.
Services: In this section admin can manage services of parlor (add and update).
Pages: In this section admin can manage about us and contact us pages.
Appointment: In this section admin can view the detail of appointments and have
right to reject and select appointment.
Add Customer: In this section admin can manage customer (add/update).
Customer List: In this section admin can view customer list and assign services
and make invoices of services which is taken by customer.
