consists of three characters:
two letters and a number
between them, sometimes a
fourth letter “t” is added – a

The first letter means the

automaker in the country and
the fourth largest in the world.
The headquarters are located
in Seoul. The company was
founded in 1967 by Chung Joo-
yeon. In 1998, Hyundai
acquired the Korean car maker

The engine index of the Korean


concern consists of four
characters:

The first letter indicates the

installed on the only Genesis
model: the GV80 executive
crossover. This engine is the
first diesel R6 from a Korean
