Parent’s Meet:
Parents' meetings in disability training serve as valuable platforms for communication, collaboration, and
support between trainers, parents, and caregivers. These meetings play a crucial role in empowering parents and
enabling them to effectively support their children with disabilities. As we have taken an oath to change the life
of our Aspirants, it also has an effect on the lives of their parents. The parents look up to us with a hope that
their wards will be skilled and be established in life. They want their wards to hold a good position in our
society. The interaction with the parents was fruitful as it helped in understanding what they and our aspirants
expect from us. The problems that the aspirants face in their daily life are really challenging as shared by the
parents. The parents also showed their interest in the progress of the course. It also helped to create a virtual
