 Install network-version virus-protection software in the network.
 All users should be required to scan removable storage disks before they are
used.
 Use a log-in system. Every user is assigned an individual user name and
password, and the log-in date and time should be recorded.

 Set up a dial-up system for broadband Internet access. Only the manager
