Complete Procedure and Requirements for CHINA SCHOLARSHIP

COUNCIL (CSC).

Step (A) Prepare the following documents.

1. All educational documents (degrees and transcripts) Notarized copies.

2. Two recommendation Letters from Associate Prof or above of Your Past University.
3. Foreign physical examination form (photo copy) from any govt. hospital.
4. Study Plan Not less than two pages (If you apply for Master’s Degree).
5. Research Proposal Not less than two pages (If You Apply for Ph.D).
6. Articles or publications if any (Important While Applying for Ph.D).
7. Experience certificate if any.
8. Awards if any.
9. Other certificates if any.
10. Passport & a Blank Visa Page.
11. Picture with White Background.
12. Police Clearance
13. English Proficiency Letter from Your Past University that your English is good.

Step (B) Select the Universities related to your field and fill relevant University International
Student admission form. (It will be a plus point if you search a supervisor and get Acceptance
letter but it's not mandatory.)
(Note: u can apply for more than one university but for every university repeat all these steps.)

Step (C). Fill the CSC scholarship form

1. Go to this site "laihua.csc.edu.cn" for filling the application.

2. Register yourself (in case of applying more universities, make separate ID for each university.
3. Fill the form
4. Finally submit the form
5 Download it
6 Print it
7 Past your photo on it
8 Make set of above all docs
9 Make a photo copy of these docs1
10 You have to send Two sets (one original notarized and one photo copy) to relevant university
directly.

Note: In case of Hard Copies of Your Documents, Ask the University Whether They Want Hard
Copies or Not.
