I, President of MANUUTA-2023-25, am writing on behalf of MANUUTA, to
Dr. Jameel Ahamed request approval to conduct an event on the premises of MANUU to promote
General Secretary mother tongue education on the occasion of International Mother Language Day
‫ڈاکٹر جمیل احمد‬ as declared by UNESCO, scheduled for 21st February 2024.

The purpose of this event is to raise awareness about the importance of
Mr. Ahmad Talha Siddiqui preserving and promoting our native languages. Through this event, we aim to
