AIM: Design and implement a relay driving circuit which can be drive through digital circuits.

 Aplab Regulated DC Power Supply
 Siglent SDS1052DL 50 MHz , 500 MSa/sec dual channel DSO
 Agilent 100MHz 2MSa/s 4 channel oscilloscope
 Aplab Function Generator
 Fluke Multimeter

 Relay (5V DC)
 Transistor 2N2222
 Diode 1N4007
 LED (RED)
 Resistors (1.5 KΩ, 220 Ω)

Conclusion

A relay driving circuit was designed and implemented successfully. It was found that relay switches
from OFF to ON with a delay of 6msec and from ON to OFF with a delay of 4.8msec. Relay coil also
took some time to get energized and again de-energized.
