(a) Show that 𝑓(𝑥) can be written in the form 𝐴(𝑥 + 𝐵)2 + 𝐶, stating the values of 𝐴, 𝐵 and 𝐶.

(b) Write down the minimum value of 𝑓(𝑥)and the value of 𝑥 for which this minimum occurs.
