I. History of formation and introduction to Da Lat Milk
Dalat Milk was founded in 1983 and its goal is to gain the trust of customers in
Dalat milk products.
Dalat milk is a well-known milk brand that is regarded as a valuable heritage of
the highlands. The highlands’ ideal climate and modern production technology, which
comply with international standards, make Dalatmilk’s products highly appreciated.
Dedicated to bringing the Dalatmilk brand to new heights and becoming the pride
of Vietnamese people. The journey from grassland to clean, serious, and genuine milk is
one that is persistent, with the goal of creating an environment that is friendly to both
nature and humans. Focus on community health and the intellectual and physical
development of future generations of young people.
The Dalatmilk factory project is developed and deployed (located in phase 2 of the
closed clean milk production process), and the current and advanced production line
system ensures the safest and best quality of output products to consumers domestically
and internationally, the project is implemented by the owner of Da Lat Joint Stock
company and TH, at Tu Tra commune, Don Duong district, Lam Dong province, Viet
Nam. The main scope is the basis for MEP design and construction. The scale of the
integrated construction project is up to 20,400m2
II. Raw material source
Dalat Milk is confidently a brand with a milk farm and milk factory in Tu Tra
commune, Don Duong district, Lam Dong province, 30km from Da Lat. The key secret
that helps Da Lat Milk always decide to keep its reporting position in the hearts of
customers is the strictly controlled source of raw milk from the highlands and modern
advanced technology. Dalatmilk always achieves the best quality when it reaches the
customers.

III. Milk production process
Before production, milk is kept in an insulated tank at a temperature of 5-6oC and
quality tested to ensure it meets standards. Next, the milk will be processed by low-heat
pasteurization technology (75oC-99oC). Using UHT sterilization technology, fresh milk
is sterilized and cooled in 4 seconds, preserving nutrients and optimal flavor. At the same
time, it prolongs the preservation time
The production process is designed to be closed, using modern advanced
technology in production and applying ISO 22000:2018 standards.
