MAY 31: Arrival in Frankfurt . Depart to Mannheim. Evening Din-
ner in Mannheim city and Stay Excelsior Mannheim Hotel.
JUNE 01: Heidelberg City Tour and BASF Company evening depart
to Cologne and Stay in Cologne Hotel.
JUNE 02: Visit to Cologne University and Evening city tour of Co-
logne. Stay in Cologne Hotel.
JUNE 03: Liege University Visit in Belgium. Stay in Brussels Hotel.
JUNE 04: Brussels City Tour and Evening depart to Paris by bullet
train. Stay in Paris Hotel.
JUNE 05: Visit to Louvre Museum and Evening Visit to 2nd Floor
Eiffel Tower. Stay in Paris Hotel.
JUNE 06: Depart from Paris to Mumbai.
JUNE 07: Arrival in Mumbai.

In case of natural calamity, or political situation, etc., flight cancel-
lation / other issues, cancellation charges will be INR 48,500. EU-
ROGLOBAL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FLIGHT DELAYS, CHANGES.

EuroGlobal Tour Manager also accompanies during tour in Europe.
 In general, around 70% of the participants of the study tour are girls and
their safety and security are given top priority.
 Students are allowed to keep their mobile phones during tour.
 We don’t allow students to go out after 10 pm and no liquor or alcohol
is allowed in tour. (Parents undertaking is taken before tour)
 We have connections with the Belgian consulate, which helps stream-
line the process for obtaining Schengen visas.
