• Never stretch if your skin is dry.
• Always apply lubricant before performing the massage on the skin.

HOW TO REMOVE TAN FROM
FACE/BODY
• One spoon Aata
• One spoon Besan
• One and half spoon curd depends on consistency
• One spoon tomato puree.
• One spoon Honey.
Mix everything and apply on the face or body and wash after 10-15 mints It removed the
tanning instantly.
HOW TO REMOVE UNWANTED
FACIAL HAIR
• One spoon Besan
• 1/2 spoon Masoor dal aata
• 1-2 spoon Potato Juice
• 1-2 spoon Rose water
• Few drops of Coconut Oil
Apply on clean face, after some time rub and remove.
It will be slightly painful because hair will get removed.

Natural Facewash
• One spoon orange peel powder
• One spoon red lentil seeds powder
• One spoon Sandalwood powder
• One spoon oats powder
• One spoon Mulethi powder
• One spoon Rose Petals Powder
• Half spoon kasturi turmeric
You can store it in airtight container and keep in bathroom use this ubtan as a facewash
with water or u can mix with milk apply and wash it out.
Hyperpigmentation Remedies
1. Wash the potato, cut a slice apply that slice on the face and leave it for some time.
2. Make cucumber ice with potato juice and few drops of lemon and apply on the face.
3. Mix lemon juice and honey and apply it on the face.
4. Make Natural Facewash and daily wash your face with it.
5. 1 Banana, 1/2 spoon honey and 2 spoons milk: Apply it on the pigmentation part.
6. Drink coconut water on empty stomach.
7. Soak the bay leaf in a glass of water for overnight and drink it empty stomach.
Try this for 12 days and pigmentation will go away.

Banana Face Pack for Anti-aging
• One ripe banana
• 1 -2 tsp olive oil
• 1 -2 tsp honey
• 1-2 spoon rose water
Grind all the ingredients together then apply on your face.
Leave the pack for 15-20 minutes.
Wash with warm water and then Rinse with cold water to close your pores.
Banana Face Mask
• 1 banana
• 1 -2 spoons of rose water
• 10-12 Rose petals
Grind all the ingredients together. Mix it well and apply the mixture on your
face and neck. Let it dry for 15-30 minutes and then rinse it off with cold
water.

Skin Tightening Mask
Oatmeal Face Mask for Skin Tightening
• One tbsp oats
• 1/2 tbsp besan
• 1/4 tbsp Multani mitti
• 1 tsp honey
• Rose water/milk
• Grind the oats into fine powder
• Mix all the ingredients together
Apply the mask on your face, keep it for 10 minutes and rinse it with
lukewarm water and then with cold water.

Migraine Home Remedies
1. 6-7 hours’ sleep
2. Have a good breakfast eat something within 1 hour as soon as you get up
3. Raisins + Kesar soaked in water have it daily.
4. Always carry water bottle when you are going out.
5. Mid meal - wash the pohaa add some curd in it and small green chilly, black salt mix
it and have it.
6. Gulkand water - whenever u feel after some time, I am going to get headache have
some water as migraine when it triggers u will get to know after some time the pain will
start.
7. Drink lots of water keep yourself hydrated.
8 Try to eat small small meals in between
ex: Roasted chana, Roasted peanuts & jaggery, makhana, homemade snacks.
9. Completely avoid the packaged food which contains the preservative.
10. Set raisins in curd and have that.
11. Include ghee in your diet.
12. Daily perform the massage to forehead which we are doing in the class daily for
migraine.
13. Perform Pranayama daily at least for 15 mints.
14. If possible, do bhastrika everyday start with 30 counts and increase up to 90 120 as
per your capacity
15. If headache is started take some head massage and neck massage keep ice pack on
the neck and take rest for some time.
16. Include curd in your lunch or have buttermilk after the lunch.

Face Night Serum Recipe
• 2 lemon juice
• 1 spoon glycerine
• 1-2 spoon rose water
Mix it and keep it in a spray bottle. Apply it on your face at night. Don’t expose the

HAIR PACKS:
Pack 1
• Two spoons of amla powder
• Two spoons of shikekai powder keep that in iron kadhai with coconut oil.
Then after 2 hrs, cook it for some time on low flame then let it cool.
Then use that paste and massage on scalp, keep it overnight and wash your hair in the
morning.
Helps for grey hair and smoothens the hair.
Pack 2
• Two bowls Curd
• 2-3 spoons green tea powder
• 2-3 spoons olive oil
• One spoon castor oil
Massage your scalp with this then apply on your hair and wash your hair with shampoo
after 30 minutes.
Pack 3
One banana and some olive oil grind it in Mixer and apply on scalp and hairs wash after
half hour.
