Work Type Dashboard – Openreach – Tech Stacks : Python, SQL, Tableau, Advanced
Excel
• For each faults in broadband/voice there will be a task type is assigned to the
engineer. With the help of the Dashboard I prepared, the Business team can view
the top-performing task types and least-performing task types.
• Business Team can further drill down the data to analyze the root cause and do
further improvements on least performing task types, this actually reduced the
overall turnaround time and hugely increased the revenue since the engineer were
able to complete the task on time with minimal no. of visits.

Auto AWS Logger /Visualizer – Tech Stacks : Python, AWS – Lambda, RDS, Tableau
• SQL-Generic-Function is an existing lambda which will handle the request and build
SQL query based on the input.
• Worked on logging those request and response by triggering asynchronous lambda
function which will be saving the data into RDS.
• Data from RDS visualized using Tableau Dashboards.

Synapt-NLP – Tech Stacks : Python, Flask, scikit-learn, Spacy, NLTK, Docker, GIT
• Synapt Platform offers various ML approach including NLP where user can get
detailed insights of textual dataset and also train / predict the model with active
learning approach and predicted labelled dataset can be downloaded as CSV, model
can also be downloaded as a docker image.
• Developed EDA dashboard for text visualization which contains word cloud, top 25
frequent words, top 10 stop words, top 20 bigrams / trigrams, top 20 pos tagging.
• Integrated Active Learning model, where the use can train the model using different
classifier like SVM, Logistic Regression, Multinomial NB, Neural Network, and
Random Forest.

IVR Bot – Tech Stacks : Python, Flask, Google Dialogflow


• IVR Voice Bot can interact with human and it can also perform several actions
like creating a ticket, responding to customers from knowledge base or redirect
to an agent.
• Build this bot with Google’s Dialog flow and flask API. This is used as a
replacement of IVR support agent. Trained the bot using several Q&A and also
designed / developed API to fetch the data from DB / create a service request
ticket.

Smart Web Bot – Tech Stacks : Python, JS, MYSQL, HTML/CSS, Chatterbot
• Chatbot build with Python- Chatterbot and JS to create ticket when the user facing
an issue with router using voice commands.
• Designed this chatterbot with the help of several previous chatlogs, all these data
was not formatted.
• Developed a separate pipeline to format the chat log to train the model and
integrated with web UI which can process voice and text input from the user.
• Built a simple ticketing framework to collect and resolve all the users request
received from chatbot.

Network 360o – Tech Stacks : Python, Janus Graph, Flask, Apache Cassandra, GQL
• N360 is a web dashboard where the NOC engineer can view real-time
predicted fault devices on google map view.
• Designed complete backend of Janus Graph / Cassandra to store the data
and also created python API wrapper to connect between Janus Graph
and Angular UI.
• Built a script which can get a complete details of each device including the
parent and child node attached with it in a structured way.
