 ABSTRACT

This report is explains what i did and learned during internship period at jinka polytechnic
college. As a main purpose of internship is learn by working in practical environoment and to
apply the knowledege acquire during the study in a real world scenario in order to take the
problems using knowledege and skills learned during academic process. I have discussed about
every major aspect of the organization network which i observed and perceived during internship
program.

This reports is divided in to four sections. Section one will discusses as introductin of the
impotance of internship and about background of jinka polytechnic college. section two
discusses about methodology of the project. Section three discusses about the overal benefits i
gained during the internship program and the last section are discusses about conclusion and
recommendations.

1. Introduction
This report describe the activities caried out during a two months full time internship program at
Jinja poly TVET College.

The documents contain information about the organization and the activities performed through
out the period in Jinja poly TVET College consists of four sections.

1.1. Organizational background

jinka polytechnic college have aims to active excellent in generation transmission and
enhancement of new knowledege, science, technology and innovation through quality
teaching, consultance and certify students starting 1995E.C.

Having partinered and worked with some of the leading sectors namely education organization
and so on. They works for business by internet and mobility to work smarter and grow faster.

 The problems that happens during industrial practice in jinka polytechnic college is on an
existing networks are weak network speed because of the access limitation on the
organization.

In addition to that one of the block in the organization haven’t network installed.

2.4. Result and discussion and recommendations

The results i get from this practice is a complete and careful installation results that are clearly
organized, has stable connections, high data speeds, security, cost saving, productivity gains,
sutsfactulions and easy to maintain.

Network installation will be the process of making certain communications among computers
and other devices are connected by communication system that sends and reacive sources and
information through cables. For this occur, i do some activities procedure and i used tools to
connect some devices.

Finally this project is increases my skills and knowledges rather than before and it gains
experiences to install networks and in other way the problems in Jinka poly TVET college are
solved during the practices.

3. Summary
Today the world is comprised with latest technology and it is very difficult for the country like
us to get access with these latest technologies. Similarly in my organization also we do have
devices but we couldn't get the training from our supervisor instead we had to learn ourselves. As
interns have only theoretical knowledge. The organization should understand that they need time
to time guidance and supervision. The internees may be treated as a provisional workers of the
organization but they are still students learning to gain practical knowledge that they have gained
in the academic institution.

The correct trend of internship at the end of course has been very useful for every students which
they will be experiencing the future job experience. This internship has helped to boost the level
of confidence and helps us to guide better future.

Jinka polytechnic college giving me an appreciation for the compellation of the project and play
a great role to finish in short period of time

4. CONCLUSION
Networking has gained its high status through continuous development, management, time safe
and quality of services. The in terms expectations were more than fulfilled as the advanced
working methodology, planning, scheduling and implementation of highly rated networking
services.

This internship provide to be a great opportunity for me about networking skills as well as it has
provided me many experiences on networking. It give me great opportunity as well as developed
networking skills necessary to success in challenge and comparative job environment.

4.1. CONCLUSION FORM ABOUT THE RESULT OBTAINED FROM YOUR ANALYSES
The report is based on the information obtained, lessons learned and tasks performed during
two months internship. The report provides some information regarding the organization.

The college also should identify organization available resource this project at the beginning of the
work, because there is inefficiency resource to complete such kind of program within a short period
of time limit resource.
