JD – Eligibility

A business analyst is one of the key players to identify business requirements and convert them into a
solution. Business and system analysts translate solution features necessary for the customer into software
requirements understandable for the development team. Act as a key interface between the users and the
project manager they gather information, document processes, and confirm the final documents with users.

Below are the critical aspects:

 The ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical
business requirements.
 Have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical
users.
 Act as a specialist to help the company sustainably develop by shaping new or improving existing
business activities, chief and supporting business processes following its strategic goals and
stakeholder requests.
 Analyze the business needs and produce its concept in the form of requirements, followed by
software developers when designing a product.
 Be a communication broker, clarifying vague user perceptions and converting them into precise specs
that guide the product development team.
 Analyze data models to deliver logical conclusions.
 Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and
developing and implementing innovative and strategic solutions.
 Lead on going reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
 Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
 Being proficient in inventing processes or systems needed to implement changes
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management regarding
the implementation of changes.
 Sound knowledge and expertise in evaluating the implications of changes
 Competence in writing reports and making presentations to highlight the effect of changes you made
